Mild EP (1Litre)
An SAE 90/140 grade gear oil suitable for use in bevel, worm and pre-1960 hypoid gears. Rated GL-4 this gear oil does not possess the additive package found in later GL-5 gear oils which should not be used in veteran and vintage vehicles
Mild EP Gear Oil rated GL-4 is good for gear boxes with bronze, brass & copper parts. Good for all steel gear sets in vintage & classic cars/trucks and rack & pinion steering of 50'/60' vehicles. Good with spiral bevel, worm & pre-1960 hypoid axles. For mild level of extreme pressure protection. Equivalent to SAE 90 grades originally specified with slightly worn gearbox & diff OR SAE 140 grades originally specified with equipment in new or good condition. It is also Ideal for use as an ISO 320 industrial gear oil. MIL001B
Note - Use with caution if the oil is likely to come in contact with water.
